RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Cow Companions. If, however, you find that the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date. Please read our return policy guidelines below:

 

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in unused and original condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

1. Contact us via email at cow.companions@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return the item.

2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions on the return process.

Return Shipping:

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging.

• We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Return Fee:

• A return processing fee of 3% of the total cost of the returned item and original p&p will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative and handling costs.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that this policy is applicable to items returned in compliance with the stated conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to additional charges or may not be eligible for a refund.
